My academic background is in the biomedical and health sciences and up until I made the decision enter the mortgage industry was considering working in a science related field. In my career in mortgages, I have worked with numerous companies and discovered a true enthusiasm for home loans, company building, and finding a better way to help clients accomplish their goals. I founded SunnyHill Financial with the simple idea that if we built a company that had great rates, consistent client service, and closed loans quickly clients would be happy, which turned out to be correct. I specialize in finding creative solutions for extremely tough loans and client situations. In order to identify the finest financing possibilities, I take on challenging loans that have been rejected by others and work with our fantastic roster of lender partners.
