ABOUT ERIC PRICE

   Eric comes to Sunnyhill Financial having spent 20 years in the real estate investment business with a focus on multifamily acquisition and ownership. Over the course of his career he has directly participated in the acquisition, financing, renovation and disposition of over $750 million in multifamily investments and has executed on a handful of successful fix and flips of single-family homes alongside.

    Eric brings a tenacity to the mortgage business with a passion for service and efficiency - offering some of the best mortgage rates available in the market and quick closing timeframes. Eric has a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pacific Union College.
